HVAC Technician

HVAC Service TechnicianBerg Enterprises, Inc., seeks experienced HVAC service technicians to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ and the Dallas, TX, metro area. Our crews work locally in various locations or travel to project sites throughout the country. A large volume of our work is located in the southwestern United States. Much of our work is federal, so employees may have the opportunity to earn prevailing wages (Davis Bacon Act) based on their location.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, repair, replace, test, and commission HVAC equipmentTake charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of all scope on-siteWalk the site in an observed manner, taking note of hazards and, when appropriate, correcting them accordinglyDevelop an awareness of the entire project to include other trade workCommunicate with fellow crew members, assigned foreman, and with public, customers, or adjacent trade crews when necessaryRequirementsEPA Certification to handle refrigerant, preferably EPA Universal.
