We provide comprehensive, full‑service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in‑person and virtual visits via a secure telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, and neuropsychological testing. Our team consists of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists who care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Qualifications Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy. Active Florida Intern license or in the process of obtaining one. Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Job Responsibilities Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Offer various modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development. Compensation Package $35 per billable hour. Work Schedule As an Independent Contractor, you determine your working hours. Office hours for in‑person and telehealth appointments are Monday‑Thursday. Telemedicine availability is Friday‑Sunday. We provide the Social Security Administration and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee’s Form I‑9 to confirm work authorization.
