Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure in the state of California or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individual and group, based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families for holistic support
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success planning
