Make a positive impact supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract position based near San Rafael, CA. This full-time opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through June 10, 2027, providing services across two nearby school locations. You’ll play a key role in helping students communicate more effectively, working closely with educators and families in a collaborative school-based environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license in California (SLP-CCC required)
• Previous experience in school settings, specifically with elementary and middle school populations
• Comfortable working onsite at two locations within the district
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• SLPA credentials not accepted for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to elementary and middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ IEP goals
• Screen, assess, and document progress for a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for student success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and state regulations
