About the Role
The Company is in search of an Investment Banking Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, conducting in-depth due diligence for M&A and investment opportunities, and supporting senior bankers in the execution of live transactions and business development initiatives. The role also involves performing industry and market research to identify trends and support strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant investment banking experience, with a background in industrials or business services sectors preferred. Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques is essential. The role is based in Richmond, VA, and the company is seeking a candidate who is either already based in the area or is open to relocation.
