District Sales ManagerThe District Sales Manager (DSM) is an individual contributor responsible for delivering $20–$40M in annual revenue within a defined set of accounts and/or geographic region. One of the regions of focus will be South Central US, Iowa, Canada, and/or commercial accounts across the US. This role is highly execution-focused, driving growth through new product adoption, dealer development, and increased share of wallet across a diverse network of 20–40 dealers and/or commercial contractors.The DSM partners closely with dealers ranging from small independent operators to large, multi-location organizations. Success in this role requires disciplined execution, strong relationship management, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results in the field.The DSM reports to a Sales Manager and plays a key role in supporting broader regional and national sales objectives.Your Impact & ResponsibilitiesTerritory Execution & Revenue DeliveryOwn and deliver revenue targets of $20–$40M within an assigned territoryMaintain a disciplined operating cadence to track performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actionProvide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance trackingUse data to prioritize activities and improve decision-makingDeliver consistent communication on territory performance, risks, and opportunitiesDealer Management & DevelopmentManage a portfolio of 20–40 dealers, balancing attention across varying size and capability levelsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and key decision-makersImprove dealer performance through consistent engagement, coaching, and alignment to company prioritiesSupport annual dealer planning, including goal setting, growth initiatives, and performance expectationsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers aligned with strategic territory needsEnsure new dealers are effectively onboarded and positioned for successExecute Growth StrategiesIdentify and execute opportunities to increase product penetration within existing dealersAnalyze dealer performance to uncover gaps and growth opportunitiesDrive accountability with dealers to expand their commitment and resultsNew Product Adoption Lead in-territory rollout and adoption of new productsEnsure dealers are trained, equipped, and actively promoting new offeringsProvide structured field feedback to improve product-market fit and executionYour Experience and Qualifications5+ years of sales or territory management experienceProven ability to manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territoryExperience working with dealer or distribution networks strongly preferredStrong business acumen with the ability to engage both small operators and larger, more complex organizationsExcellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skillsCompensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus sales-based bonuses.
