We source and roast our coffee beans, produce all of our pastries in house, and take pride in serving specialty coffee to a diverse group of customers (known to us as our Gregulars!). You will Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (we’ll teach you!) Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change Open to learning new things Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
