Role Description This full‑time Behavioral Therapist role is a hybrid position based in Bethesda, MD, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Behavioral Therapist will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions to support clients with behavioral and mental health needs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include monitoring progress, documenting sessions, and adjusting interventions based on clinical data and client feedback. The role involves working closely with children and families, collaborating with other healthcare and community professionals, and providing education and support to caregivers. The Behavioral Therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to care coordination, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards in all clinical activities. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in Working With Children, with experience in behavioral and developmental settings. Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues. Relevant licensure or certification as a behavioral therapist as required by state regulations. Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Experience developing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and documenting clinical services. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Familiarity with trauma‑informed care, person‑centered practices, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
