Assistant Branch Manager (Hamilton, OH)

Job Description We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction, installation or trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic. This role will assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation, including human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections. Your Responsibilities Model leadership and connect with the people you lead; multiply talent. Assist operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely. Manage processes and compliance in operations, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement, and sales & marketing. Achieve operational goals and metrics. Provide on‑the‑job training to self or others. Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. At least 4 years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (preferably in construction, installation or trades). Full P&L experience. Bi‑lingual in English/Spanish preferred. Travel Requirements Type of travel required: Regional. Amount of travel required: Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity and physical strength. Lifts up to 50 pounds depending on duties.
