Launch Your Real Estate Career — Newly Licensed Agents Welcome, We'll Train You
Description: Newly licensed and ready to get your first deals under your belt? The Collective Group built its onboarding program specifically for agents in their first year — no book of business required.
Most brokerages hand new agents a login and wish them luck. We do it differently:
- Structured onboarding that walks you through your first live buyer consultation, offer, and closing
- Real leads from day one through our Zillow Preferred partnership — not just "go door-knock"
- Weekly 1:1 coaching with your broker — not generic scripts, but feedback on your actual leads, showings, and deals in progress
- A clear 90-day roadmap so you know exactly what "on track" looks like
What you need:
- Active WA real estate license
- Coachable, self-motivated, comfortable with a commission-based schedule
- Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings
