Capitol City Produce is seeking an experienced and dependable Day Receiving Lead to join our Robertsdale, AL warehouse team. What You’ll Do: As the Day Receiving Lead , you'll play a vital role in ensuring all inbound products are received accurately and efficiently. You’ll lead daily receiving operations and work closely with warehouse personnel, quality control, and leadership to maintain a smooth and organized workflow. Responsibilities include: Lead and oversee receivers, unloaders, and forklift drivers Serve as primary backup for office and repack leads Ensure accurate receiving, labeling, and proper product placement Collaborate with QC to meet quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized storage areas Uphold food safety standards and support continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of warehouse receiving experience Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools Ability to manage workflow, motivate a team, and stay organized Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (34°F) Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push up to 200 lbs Why Capitol City Produce?
