Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and reliable General Dentist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in comprehensive patient care, ranging from routine preventative cleanings to complex restorative and endodontic procedures. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Practice

• Restorative Care: Diagnose dental diseases and perform composite/amalgam fillings, core buildups, and full-coverage crowns.  
• Endodontics: Perform root canal therapy (anterior, premolar, and molar) with precision and care.  
• Periodontal & Preventative Care: Conduct thorough oral examinations, diagnose periodontal health, and perform regular cleanings (prophylaxis) as well as deep cleanings (scaling and root planing).  
• Patient Diagnostics: Formulate comprehensive treatment plans utilizing digital X-rays and intraoral cameras.  
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside skilled dental assistants utilizing four-handed dentistry to maintain a seamless patient flow.

Required Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active State Dental License in good standing.
• Malpractice insurance policy (or eligibility to obtain it).
• DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical communication skills to easily explain procedures and treatment options to patients.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g. Practice Web) .
• Comfort managing mild to moderate dental emergencies.
