Associate or Experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2 or 3) – Space Communication Programs (SCP) Team – El Segundo, CA As an IP&S team member, you will develop proposal plans and schedules, baseline execution schedules, maintain the in‑work schedules, perform critical path analysis and what‑if planning, and support the delivery of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Format 6 deliverables. As the Scheduler, you will participate in all aspects of IP&S activities and provide actionable, value‑added products to customers. Position Responsibilities Serve as the technical advisor for the IP&S team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the IMS reporting to the Program Management team. Supplier scheduling integration, analysis, and review. Work closely with the Integrated Product Team Leads to ensure alignment and integration of IMS with other key program plans and schedules. Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning). Provide robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action. Model driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule visibility/visualization. Support reviews and brief senior leadership and customers. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of Project or Program management experience. 1+ years of experience developing and integrating program‑level master schedules. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or similar. Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. OPP scheduling tool experience. Experience working with large data sets (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI). Location & Work Arrangements: 100% onsite at El Segundo, CA. 1st Shift. Travel up to 15% of the time. Relocation may be offered based on candidate eligibility; internal candidates may be eligible for basic relocation. Security Clearance: Requires a U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post‑Start is required. Export Control Requirements: A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62, including U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee. Pay Range: Level 2 (Associate): $81,600 – $110,400; Level 3 (Mid‑Level): $101,150 – $136,850. Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
