You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and engineers, analysts, and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using industry standard techniques to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.Using business process reengineering, portfolio analysts, and systems design approaches, you’ll provide your client with recommendations, along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. The world can’t wait.You Have:3+ years of experience implementing data visualization solutions through different formats for client stakeholders, including dashboards, queries, graphs, tables, presentations, and reports, within tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Office suite3+ years of experience performing business system analysis and business process engineering to support of automation of business workflows within tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, or SharePointExperience presenting data findings, analysis of business process flows, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using data sets, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office suiteExperience leading the coordination of requirements meetings or conducting requirements workshops and sessions with business and IT stakeholdersAbility to work in cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutionsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNowExperience establishing quantitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomesKnowledge of cloud principles, systems engineering methodologies, UI or UX best practices, and IT project management approachesDoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II CertificationServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA)CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
