MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the team at a 5-star Physical Therapy clinic near Edison, NJ. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about helping others achieve their physical wellness goals and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Physical Therapist Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Epic experience needed.
• Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
