Dialysis Staff - Nurse Manager

Position: Full-Time Dialysis Nurse Manager responsible for leading and overseeing the dialysis unit to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and staff compliance. Key Duties: Provide leadership, support staff development, promote patient rights, develop policies, manage reports, budgets, and contracts, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Serve as a role model for nursing practice and engage in community education. Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure in Nebraska, minimum one year of clinical nursing experience (Medical-Surgical preferred), basic Life Support certification, leadership ability, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, thorough knowledge of confidentiality laws including HIPAA. Physical & Work Environment: Ability to stand or walk most of the day, lift up to 35 lbs regularly, work near equipment with moving parts, and handle exposure to blood, body fluids, chemicals, and infectious materials in an outpatient healthcare setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Affinity Home Health Care Inc
