This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.As a Production Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard.
