Compass ABA is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon/evening shifts in Morris County, Morris Plains, and Livingston, NJ. This part-time role offers $20–$30 per hour based on experience, 15–20 hours per week, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
