Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate and community events that align with our brand values and client objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring a seamless event experience. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee events from concept to completion. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and checklists. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown. Handle on-site event management and resolve any issues that arise. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events. Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
