This position performs maintenance services for the community, our residents and staff and surrounding grounds. If caring for older adults is your passion, we are looking for YOU! Compensation: $20.92 - $24.85 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus . Responsibilities Perform maintenance services for the community, residents, staff and surrounding grounds. Qualifications Minimum of two years\' experience in the building and construction fields preferred. HVAC, electrical, painting and plumbing experience preferred.
