Production Associate / Packager Location: Windsor, CO Pay: $18.00/hr Shift Options Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM Night Shift: Monday-Wednesday, 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM Flexible rotating schedules available with extended time off between workdays Job Overview Looking for a stable, entry-level opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are hiring Production Associates/Packagers to help package and palletize finished products in a clean, modern production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Package and palletize finished products as they move through the production line. Apply protective wrapping to products before shipment. Monitor production and packaging equipment. Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety and quality standards. Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work well in a team environment. Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform bending, reaching, and squatting as needed.
