Substitute Food and Nutrition Worker

Food & Nutrition Service Substitute
Under the supervision of the manager, assist in preparing menu items, setting up the serving line, serving and cleaning equipment and the kitchen area.
Major Responsibilities, Partial List:
- Serves and adheres to portion control as instructed by the manager and/or Food Service Workers II.
- Exhibits rigid sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Demonstrates professional personal appearance and work habits.
- Exhibits a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Cooperates with the manager and be part of a team in serving schedules, menu changes and other food service-related activities.
- Follows directions of the manager to serve a high-quality meal.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
Qualifications, Partial List
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Per approved salary schedule.
