What you’ll be doing
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly roles across multiple sites
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective hiring outcomes
- Represent the business in local communities through fairs, schools, and outreach initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and hiring processes to ensure seamless delivery
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years’ recruitment experience within manufacturing, construction, or similar environments
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with strong coordination skills
- Confidence engaging stakeholders and candidates in both office and on-site settings
- Creative sourcing mindset beyond traditional platforms
