Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, your primary focus will be supporting customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment. Responsibilities Assist with calls from and to customers to confirm and schedule U-Box deliveries and pickups. Help support field team members, U-Box Customer Care Representatives, and U-Box warehouse personnel with U-Box reservation management. Schedule U-Box home delivery and pick up routes for U-Box Customer Care Representatives daily. Check in U-Box shipping carriers on site. Assist store customers with reservation management, U-Box payments, and sales item orders.
