RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program that teaches a relationship‑driven, client‑focused approach to selling consulting and professional services. Once training is complete, 80% of your time is spent in front of customer decision makers building partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and securing win‑win engagements. The solution‑based selling approach includes a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, a structured sales playbook, and quantitative activity‑based goals. Primary drivers for success: Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3‑5 designated target accounts Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and outings such as ball games, dinners, and golf Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and deliver positive outcomes Act as a client advocate focused on improving the experience of targeted accounts Present to C‑suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps Continuously meet and exceed target sales goals Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with manager and sales support team Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

TRAINING

Multi‑stage sales training beginning with organizational and sales foundations Sales Readiness program to equip you with the sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills Role‑playing situational selling exercises and ride‑alongs with Senior Account Executives Establish your client portfolio and foster executive‑level relationships In‑person training at headquarters to apply knowledge in practice Continued education as you ramp up in your sales career Led by top sales leaders
