As one of the oldest nonprofit entities in New Hampshire, The Chase Home serves the unique needs of at‑risk youth and their families in distress. Responsibilities Support youth in developing the skills they need to successfully transition home to families. Teach age‑appropriate life skills, coping skills, and social skills through modeling, building therapeutic relationships, and behavior management. Participate in groups and activities designed to enhance youth growth and development and stabilize behaviors. Participate in both on‑site and off‑site recreational/educational/trust‑building activities. Maintain a living environment for youth that is safe, clean, stable, and supportive both physically and emotionally. Provide oversight of residents’ individual needs such as clothing, behavioral plans, and advocacy. Spend time building rapport with youth during recreation activities or social outings. Schedule and Compensation Full‑time, 3‑day work week with 12‑hour shifts. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (one rotating on‑call day). Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (one rotating on‑call day). Hourly Rate: $23‑$25, based on experience. $1 shift differential on weekends. Some holidays required, paid time and a half. Qualifications Be at least 21 years old. Prior experience working with youth. HS diploma or equivalency. Associate’s degree with at least 12 credits in the field of human services.
