An exceptional opportunity to lead and shape Preconstruction in Charlotte and across the US for one of the most established and respected general contractors in the U.S.
We're looking for a senior Preconstruction leader who can build teams, win major work and influence strategy across the Carolinas, and Nationally.
You'll take ownership of:
- Leading and developing a high-performing Preconstruction team
- Driving major pursuits from early client engagement through GMP
- Building relationships with key owners, architects and trade partners
- Influencing regional growth, strategy and project selection
- Leading complex, high-profile projects across multiple market sectors
This is much more than running estimates. xhyhwjd It's an opportunity to have a seat at the table, shape the Charlotte operation and play a major role in the contractor's continued growth across the Southeast.
