Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) - Suffield, CT

Job Summary:

CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services, is seeking highly qualified Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to join our team. About the Role:

We are hiring fully licensed mental health clinicians who are passionate about providing quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to serve diverse adult and geriatric populations, work with a supportive clinical and administrative team, and enjoy a flexible schedule and strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-patient mental health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Reliable transportation is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
