Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care support.
• Utilize clinical expertise in neuro ICU to impact patient outcomes positively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care at all times.
• Administer medication drips and manage patient with balloon pumps and CRRT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital guidelines and policies to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required.
• Minimum 1-year recent hospital ICU experience mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in Neuro ICU essential.
• Prior Meditech EMR experience preferred.
• Experience with cardiac procedures such as balloon pumps and CRRT a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
