Expectations for the Part-Time Optometrist

As a Part-Time Optometrist with our practice, you'll be expected to uphold our commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care. This role offers the exciting potential to transition to full-time, and your performance will be key to that progression.

Patient Care & Relationship Building

• Provide full-scope optometry: Deliver thorough and accurate eye examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient base.
• Prioritize patient education: Take the necessary time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative measures clearly, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their eye health. 
• Build strong patient relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport by listening attentively to patient concerns, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Deliver exceptional service: Go above and beyond to ensure a positive patient experience, reflecting our practice's dedication to personalized care.

Professional Growth & Collaboration

• Compensation: We offer a guaranteed base pay with additional earnings tied to individual production.
