Addresses all guest questions correctly, promptly, and in a friendly manner, as well as provide customer service that exceeds their expectations. Responsible for facilitating an efficient processing of vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash. Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facility.The candidate will be trained in how to perform every function of the car wash, including:Operating the Express Wash kiosk, credit card machines, and POSEfficiently and safely guide vehicles through the car washContinuously maintain and repair car wash equipmentPerforming preventative maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipmentDetailing vehicles as trained and directedMaintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facilityKnowledgeable of site merchandiseThe candidate must:Be a minimum of 16 years oldSuccessfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background checkBe able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shiftsHave the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with customers and team membersBe detail-oriented and have strong organizational skillsBe able to operate a computerBe able to stand for extended periods of timeBe able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 poundsBe able to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach (including overhead)Have adequate strength, balance, and coordination to perform essential functionsBe able to work indoors and outdoors, including endurance of temperature and weather changes outsideThe above description reflects on the general details considered to describe the principle functions of the job.
