The Essentials
- Location: 6325 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: Starts at $25/hr (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As the primary bridge between our surgeons and our patients, you will manage the patient journey from the initial consultation through recovery.
- Case Coordination: Present, finalize, and schedule surgical cases daily.
- Financial Guidance: Empower patients by navigating insurance and assisting with multiple third-party financing options.
- Practice Growth: Assist with marketing initiatives and foster strong professional relationships with referring dental and medical offices.
- Surgical Liaison: Coordinate medical clearances with physicians and manage preoperative/postoperative communication to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized surgeon’s schedule, handle front-office reception duties, and ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
