Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and treatments with approximately 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day.
- Provide care across adult and pediatric ICUs, trauma centers, and inpatient rehab programs.
- Deliver evaluations and document care levels for patients ranging from trauma to oncology cases.
- Collaborate with COTAs and rehab aides to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Work rotating weekends and holidays with core staffing team.
- Maintain documentation and charting using the Cerner system.
Qualifications
- Active WI state occupational therapy license required prior to start.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Experience in acute and outpatient settings preferred.
- Proficient in ADL evaluations and next level care documentation.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and teamwork skills required.
- Must clock in and out at facility and adhere to client policies.
