Hands-on Machinist needed for manual mills and lathes—tight tolerances, quality work, consistent schedule.

Machinist/Manual Mill Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.50 to $35.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:45am to 05:00pm )
- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality of finished parts.
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, depth) for optimal performance
Machinist/Manual Mill Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience operating manual mills and lathes required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Strong understanding of shop math and precision measuring tools
- Experience with Bridgeport and Prototrak preferred.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
