This role is a fully English-speaking role with a US-based company looking for candidates fully fluent in English. Compensation $10-13/hr based on experience level Equates to approx $1,700-$2,250/mo Role Overview We are looking for a Recruiter to support our hiring growth as we continue to scale the brands/companies within the Rise Collective. You’ll be working closely with our Internal Recruiter to source, screen and evaluate candidates across a range of different roles. Our priority is finding the right candidates for each role, so attention to detail, depth of screening/evaluation and awareness of red flags is of paramount importance. You’ll have multiple avenues to attract and screen candidates: you’ll post jobs through our ATS (Pinpoint), headhunt through LinkedIn Recruiter, and reach out to candidates on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) through posting/messaging. You’ll be screening candidates through resumes, applications, interviews, and other submissions. We’re looking for someone who knows the deeper, more subtle differences between a great candidate and a mis-hire. You’ll be learning from our Internal Recruiter, responsible for 500+ hires across real estate, high-ticket sales, coaching, marketing, e-commerce & remote-first companies. You’ll receive direct 1on1 mentorship, and daily training & feedback on interview & screening techniques, to improve your discernment skills to identify the right hires for our organization.
