Systems Engineer

Salary: $95,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• We require strong hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365
• We require experience with Windows Server
• We require a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and switching
• We require experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• We require excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
• We require comfort learning new customer applications
• We require strong documentation skills and the ability to meet timelines
• Preferred: Microsoft Azure experience
• Preferred: Experience with Intune and endpoint management
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Defender
• Preferred: PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Preferred: MSP experience
• Preferred: Security certifications such as Security+, AZ-104, AZ-500, or similar

• We design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• We lead infrastructure, migration, and modernization initiatives
• We implement cybersecurity best practices and security controls
• We support Microsoft Intune, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender
• We troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues
• We take part in security assessments and remediation work
• We work directly with clients to plan and implement technology solutions
• We mentor junior engineers and act as an escalation resource
• We create technical documentation and improve internal processes
