Locum Tenens Radiation Oncologist Position - Illinois

Specialty: Radiation Oncology

Job Type: Locum Tenens

Provider Type: Physician (MD/DO)

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Occasional chart rounds may be required
Limited on-call responsibilities, not regularly scheduled
Ongoing coverage opportunity available

Clinical Overview:

Join an established outpatient Radiation Oncology practice
Average patient volume is around 30-40 patients daily
Utilize a wide array of treatment modalities, including 3D-CRT, IMRT, SRS, SRT, and SBRT
Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary cancer program with robust support staff

Qualifications:

Must possess an active medical license in Illinois
Active Illinois DEA and CSR are required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
Preferred candidates will have a clean background and credentialing history
Professional references will be necessary
