Part-Time Primary Care Nurse - Impactful, Collaborative

CHCI is seeking a Part-time Primary Care Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a team setting. The schedule includes Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am to 5pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 5pm, and one Saturday per month from 8am to 4pm. You will work at the top of your licensure, focus on safety, effectiveness, and education, and support transitions between levels of care. The role emphasizes collaborative care with PCPs, delegation as appropriate, and adherence to CHCI protocols for #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
