Quality Inspectors support manufacturing and servicing operations by performing incoming component and in-process product inspections using standard measurement equipment. They identify, segregate and document rejected material and participate in Material Review Boards to ensure the proper documentation and disposition.Benefits:Healthcare, Vision, Dental, Quarterly Bonuses, 401K Match, PTO, Company HolidaysDutiesConduct component and assembly incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to appropriate standards utilizing blueprints and inspection measurement equipment.Perform product testing utilizing various production qualification equipment.Identifies, segregates and documents rejected components and materials.Participates on a Material Review Board to review and process non conformance reports.Enters and retrieves inspection and NC data from local and global systems.Reviews related Quality documentation such as DHR's or calibration records.Supports local problem solving activities and may identify opportunities for improvement.Complete other duties as assigned.Required Education/ DegreeAt HuFriedyGroup, we understand that valuable skills and experience come from all walks of life. We value the unique perspectives and abilities you bring to the table.Required Experience1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and or Quality experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to generate detailed, high-quality documentationAbility to work with others in analyzing and solving technical problems.Attention to detail and ability to interpret written instructionsGood communication skills (Written and verbal) when working with othersCNC experience preferred.
