Base hourly pay $14.00 - $17.00, plus commission. $300 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, educating guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages, processing payments, ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor, prepping the vehicle within company guidelines, providing excellent service, maintaining safe and clean work areas, performing after-hours site cleaning, maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, following company safety protocol, and being a team player.

Job qualifications include experience in car wash, retail, and guest service industries preferred but not needed. Knowledge of maintaining the highest level of service, ability to adapt to a high-volume retail environment, ability to work varied hours/days, and ability to improve through training are required. Skills include building great relationships with guests and co-workers through great communication and follow-through.

The working and environmental conditions include working mainly outdoors and at times indoors, constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents, constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions, some noise and vibration exposure. Physical demands include the ability to lift to 50 lbs, ability to stand or walk for long periods, and ability to operate all related equipment.
