This role is responsible for executing business plans, optimizing asset value, and maximizing investor returns. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage property-level teams while driving strategic outcomes.Core Responsibilities:Own the asset-level business plan from acquisition through disposition or refinanceReview monthly financials, budgets, rent rolls, and capital expendituresMonitor KPIs such as NOI, DSCR, IRR, and occupancyOversee and coordinate with third-party property managers and leasing brokersApprove budgets, leasing decisions, and major CapEx initiativesConduct hold/sell/refinance analyses and coordinate executionPrepare quarterly investor updates and reporting materialsCollaborate with acquisitions, development, and property management teamsMaintain a firm grasp on market trends, submarket comps, and leasing dynamics
