• o end.Manage freight from quoting and booking through pickup and final del
• ivery.Communicate directly with customers regarding pricing, capacity, shipment updates, delays, and service con
• cerns.Negotiate rates with shippers and car
• riers.Source and secure qualified carrier cap
• acity.Book, dispatch, and track active ship
• ments.Resolve missed appointments, service failures, capacity issues, and other freight-related pro
• blems.Maintain accurate shipment information within th
• e TMS.Build and maintain strong customer and carrier relation
• ships.Retain and grow existing acc
• ounts.Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume, expand lanes, and improve account profitab

ility.
This is not a position where freight is handed off after the sale. You remain involved throughout the entire shipment and are responsible for delivering a strong customer experience from beginning

to end.
