Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license with experience in school-based or healthcare settings
• Demonstrated success working with neurodiverse and nonverbal populations
• Ability to adapt communication tools and intervention strategies to individual needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with teachers, therapists, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services under the supervision of an SLP
• Support nonverbal and neurodiverse students with tailored AAC and communication interventions
• Collect and maintain data on student progress to inform therapy adjustments
• Contribute to IEP goal implementation and attend team meetings as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment through consistent encouragement and engagement
