- Media PlannerApply**Job#: 3041919****Job Description:**Media Planner**Location:** Santa Clara, California (Hybrid)Role OverviewWe are seeking an Omni-Channel Media Planner to support the orchestration and execution of integrated marketing campaigns within the US. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented execution specialist who thrives in the operational aspects of marketing. You will be responsible for transforming high-level campaign frameworks into actionable media plans that drive demand and pipeline impact, ensuring that integrated programs are launched on time, managed with precision, and optimized for performance.Key Responsibilities* Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign needs and objectives.* Develop and manage media planning activities across enterprise-focused and omnichannel marketing campaigns.* Act as the primary liaison between the creative team and media agencies to ensure creative specifications are met and assets are delivered on time.* Generate and audit tracking URLs to ensure data flows correctly into analytics platforms.* Maintain and update a master media flowchart to reflect changes in timelines, budgets, and creative rotations.* Manage daily check-ins with platform partners to review pacing and technical health.* Work cross-functionally with marketing team members to coordinate campaign execution.* Pull, consolidate, and review campaign performance data to provide data-driven recommendations.* Monitor A/B tests and provide recommendations based on asset performance.* Provide regular status updates to regional marketing leads on campaign status.Required Qualifications**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.**Experience:** 3-6 years of experience designing and executing integrated B2B media plans across Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), Programmatic, and Content Syndication, preferably within the SaaS/Tech sector. Experience supporting enterprise-focused campaigns is also required.**Skills:*** Proven experience in managing media flowcharts, monitoring daily spend pacing, and performing monthly invoice reconciliations.* Organizational skills to manage creative asset trafficking and complex campaign calendars.* Hands-on experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics.* Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable optimization recommendations.* Clear and concise communication skills for managing project status updates across a matrixed team.Preferred Qualifications* Experience with ABM execution, including the technical build-out of account lists and buying groups within relevant platforms.* Familiarity with Adobe Analytics.* Salesforce experience is a plus. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
