We are currently seeking enthusiastic Janitorial Cleaners for our GM Plant location in Lake Orion, MI.

Pay
- $19.04/hr - $23.22/hr
Shift
- Day Shift
Responsibilities
- Deep clean and maintain common areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and office spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility and manufacturing areas/equipment as required
- Utilize provided cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies
- Perform physically repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, using stairs, reaching, scrubbing, prolonged standing, and walking
- Follow all company and site instructions and building protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial or janitorial cleaning is considered an asset
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Motivated and self-driven, with a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to reliably commute to Lake Orion, MI for work
