Volkswagen Certified Service Technician

$35 - $45 per hour

Pay rate: $35-$45/hr

What you will be doing:

Diagnose and repair vehicles.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor if any additional service is needed.
Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
Ensure work is completed to quality standards and follows manufacturer's warranty specifications.
Maintain detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and services performed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Experience you will need:

At least 3 years of experience as an ASE or Volkswagen technician.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Fast, eager learner and team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
