TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46805!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med/Surg License: Current Indiana RN License or compact RN license Certifications: BLS through AHA required Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg experience Description: Provide direct patient care under the scope of Registered Nurse. Floating to other units/departments may be required. This unit has a 20 bed capacity. The nurse to patient ratio is 5:1. Dress code includes Caribbean Blue or White scrubs with matching tops and bottoms. May wear a white or black undershirt and a white or black approved jacket. General orientation and EPIC training will be included. Departmental orientation will last 1-2 shifts. The charting system used is EPIC.
