Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries-helping them manage pain and regain movement-under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Virginia state PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain West Virginia licensure desirable to allow occasional floating to WV clinic sites.
• Availability for day shift schedule; current hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday with planned changes to two days 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, two days 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, and Fridays 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. Clinic may consider a 4x10 schedule upon discussion with clinic director.
• Ability to work independently on an assigned caseload and flexibility to manage single and occasional double bookings.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with diverse personalities.
