Position Details Compensation: Reps are paid weekly, with a $20.00 base appointment fee and a commission structure based on performance. A fallback base ensures income even on slow weeks. Training: Solid, comprehensive training is offered to build skills from the ground up. Schedule: Flexible schedules; reps create a schedule that fits their commitments, from full‑time to part‑time. Advancement: Part‑time reps can move into various career paths within the organization. Product: The company sells Cutco products focused on kitchen and gardening tools. Location: Reps work from home and locally post‑training; meetings and training are usually held in the office. Requirements Enjoy working with people.
