Duties Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts. Schedule and publish posts. Monitor socials to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment; report insights for campaign optimization. Analyze web analytics data to measure campaign performance; prepare reports highlighting key metrics. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining positive relationship management. Assist in coordinating public relations activities and branding initiatives that elevate the company’s profile across digital channels. Contribute ideas for innovative content creation and digital marketing campaigns aligned with current trends. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field. Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and social listening techniques. Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies. Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in branding and relationship management. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment; eager to contribute fresh ideas for social media marketing initiatives.
